All returned goods must be accompanied by a return authorization number or goods will not be accepted at our warehouse. All damaged goods will be replaced or a refund check will be promptly issued. Refunds for damaged or returned goods cannot be issued until merchandise has been received and reviewed. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
